By purchasing or using an avatar or related digital product from Fonzie, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

1. What You Receive

Products are digital files delivered through Jinxxy or another delivery method stated on the listing. The listing describes the included files, features, and any dependencies.

Unless a listing says otherwise, a purchase does not include custom work, installation, third-party software, or assets not specifically listed.

2. License and Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a PERSONAL license to use the product. The license is for the purchaser only and is NON-TRANSFERABLE

Editing, recoloring, or making derivative versions is ALLOWED. Credits must be given to Original.

3. Prohibited Use

Unless the listing or a separate written license from Seller expressly allows it, you may not:

Resell, share, give away, sublicense, or redistribute the product or its files.

Make the product or its files available for others to download, including through public or shared repositories.

Claim authorship of the original product or remove creator credits embedded in it.

Use the product in a way that violates applicable law or the rules of a platform where it is used.

These restrictions apply to the product files and any included assets. They do not prevent you from sharing permitted screenshots or video of your use of the avatar.

4. Payment, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Payment is due at checkout. Refunds are not available due to being a digital product.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable law or Jinxxy’s policies.

5. Setup, Compatibility, and Support

The product is intended for: Unity and VRChat. Compatibility may depend on third-party software, services, or tools that Seller does not control.

6. Screenshots and Promotional Use

Seller may use screenshots, videos, or other content showing your use of a purchased product in a portfolio or promotion only with your permission. Do not include private or identifying information without permission.

7. Violations

If you violate these Terms, Seller may revoke your license and take other steps available under applicable law or platform rules. Seller will consider the circumstances and any rights you have under applicable law.

You can and may be banned from future purchases if found in violation in these terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

Seller may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. The version in effect when you purchase applies to that purchase, except where a change is required by law or platform rules.
