By purchasing or using this avatar base you agree to the following.

Allowed

• Using the avatar on your own VRChat account(s).
• Uploading it as a PUBLIC avatar, so other players can see, try and clone it in-game, as long as you credit “Ros’ Canine Masc by ItsRosfox” in the avatar’s description.
• Editing it for your own use. Edited versions are still covered by these terms.
• Streaming, videos and screenshots with the avatar, including monetised content.

Not allowed

• Sharing or redistributing the source files, in whole or in part, free or paid. This includes edited versions, “ports”, ripped files and texture sets that contain the original work.
• Selling the avatar or an edit of it as your own product, or claiming it as your own work.
• Using the files to train AI models.

Commissions / edits for others

• You may make edits for someone else only if that person also owns a licence of Ros’ Canine Masc.

Third-party parts

• The fur shader, Feathers and Fur by normalizedcrow, is included under its own MIT licence (see LICENSE.txt inside its folder). Those parts are not covered by the restrictions above.

These terms may be updated; the version included with your download applies to it.
