NCR Outfit for Papagen & Draconian
Whether you're patrolling the wasteland, guarding a caravan, or just hanging out, this NCR-inspired outfit has you covered.
I made it for both the Papagen and Draconian avatar bases,
it features a service coat, armored chest piece, military helmet, respirator, some jeans, a tight black T, and straps to hold it all together, which might I say, are all toggleable and removable
This comes with the Substance painter files, Blender File, Unity Packages and base textures!

This was a lot of fun to make, though it took me a long while to perfectly get it to fit onto the draconian admittingly.
