By purchasing, downloading, or using this avatar ("the Model"), you agree to the following terms.

## License

Buying this Model gives you a personal, non transferable license to use it. I (LuckyTheLynx) keep full ownership and copyright, you're licensed to use it, This license only gets removed if Jinxxy takes the avatar down itself. I will try my hardest to ensure you keep access <3

## Edits

Editing or retexturing for personal use is fine, just credit me for the OG base. If you want to edit or derivative, contact me please.

## NSFW

NSFW and lewd edits or use are allowed. I'm not responsible for any misuse, that's on you if VRC bops ya.

## Uploading

You're allowed to upload the avatar publicly for normal VRChat use. The only exception is commissions, if you're commissioning someone to edit or create a version of this avatar for someone else, both people involved should end up owning the avatar, not just the person paying for it.

## Use Outside VRChat

Want to use the Model outside VRChat, like renders or other platforms? Message me for permission first please, I'm pretty open to it so.

## No AI Training

The Model, its textures, or images and renders of it may not be used to train AI or generative models of any kind.

All sales are final. Once the files are delivered there's no way for me to guarantee you've deleted your copy, so refunds aren't offered.
