Japanese Bonsai - Shinpaku Juniper with Exposed Roots and Deadwood (Neagari + Shari) | VRChat World Prop

A Japanese-style bonsai 3D prop for VRChat worlds and homes.

This one is a shinpaku (Chinese juniper) in the "neagari" (exposed-root) style, with

roots rising up out of the soil and pale, weathered deadwood ("shari") twisting among

them. Where our other shinpaku pieces carry their shari along a twisting or broadly

spreading trunk, this one lifts the roots themselves clear of the ground. The name

"Jindai" - referring to "jindai-boku", ancient buried wood so old it was once thought to

be touched by the gods - comes from this timeworn appearance.

The base 3D mesh and its color texture were generated with Meshy, an image-to-3D AI

tool, from reference images we produced ourselves. Everything downstream was done by

hand: retopology and decimation to a VRChat-friendly triangle budget, material setup,

scaling to real-world size, prefab construction, multi-angle quality inspection, and

packaging. Generated under a paid Meshy plan, which grants full commercial and resale

rights to the output.
